The condition of the Indian Railways has improved a lot under the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tenure but in the recent past, there have been reports as per which AC coaches of trains are getting crowded by passengers who didn’t have tickets of AC coaches.
Earlier, people used to sit in sleeper coaches after buying the ticket of general coaches but now they are entering AC coaches and the passengers who have paid for the ticket are finding themselves in a hopeless situation.
Recently a woman passenger named Nilisha Mantri took to X and posted a photo from 3rd tier AC coach of Chetak Express 20473 in which she was travelling and it can be clearly seen that the coach was overcrowded and it looked like the general coach.
Nilisha wrote, “This is the condition of 3rd tier AC in Chetak Express 20473 @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw railways have become a joke why we are even paying for AC if we have to suffer like general class?? @narendramodi no place to even sit properly even after paying”.

The Railways also took note of the complaint and responded to the message but what solution was given is not known.

This is not the first time that we are coming across such situation, earlier also many passengers complained without-ticket passengers entering AC coaches and also about not getting proper facilities even after paying charges for AC coaches but things are not improving.
Many online users are asking what the use of launching new trains is when you can’t handle old trains properly and their anger is justified if they have to face problems while traveling even after paying a hefty amount to the rail ministry.
