Videos by the BSF and CRPF Jawan took the internet by storm. They highlighted the bad conditions that they have to face; moreover, there were also some allegations that officers are exploiting soldiers. After them, one more Jawan has gathered courage to expose the bad treatment that they get.
This video is posted by Lance Naik Yagya Pratab Singh, who is posted in Dehradun’s 42 Infantry Brigade. He says that he wrote to Supreme Court, the President, the Defense minister and Prime Minister last year in June about the way superiors harass the soldiers.
After this, PMO responded by saying that investigation is necessary. However, Singh said that instead of probing into this matter, superiors started harassing him and also gave him death threats; they also gave him the court-martial threat.
Pratap was firm that he hadn’t leaked any sensitive information in the letter to the PMO and that he had just informed about the torture they had to bear. He made a shocking revelation too; according to him, soldiers were made to polish shoes of the officers.

This is really sad; since the time the BSF Jawan’s video has gone viral, everyone is coming up with some or the other fact. PM Modi must immediately act upon this.
