We had already reported about love birds Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik Roshan sending legal notices to each others. Now, we have got something new for you. Now, if Hrithik threatens Kangana for making her correspondence to him public, he might be jailed for 10 years. We have with us the 21 page legal notice that was sent by Kangana to Hrithik in response to the 6 page notice that was sent by him. These acts can be applicable to the actor:
Section 67- Publishing of Information which is obscene in electronic form:
Whoever transmits information or any material which is lascivious would be punished on 1st conviction with imprisonment of up to 5 years and fine of Rs.1 lakh. In an event of 2nd conviction, the imprisonment might go up to 10 years and fine up to 2 lakh.
Hrithik is also warned that he might come under the purview of couple of other sections as well. He might be charged with:
Section 499 and 500 of IPC
This relates to defamation. He might be jailed for 2 years, with or without a fine.
Section 506
This relates to imputing unchastity to a woman. He might be jailed for 7 years, with or without a fine.
Siddiquee, Kangana’s lawyer writes that Kangana left the party of Karan Johar not because Hrithik was taking her for a ride but because she felt hurt and cheated by the behavior of the client. In this legal notice, Hrithik stated that Kangana suffers from Asperger’s syndrome and suggests that she keeps imagining things. He also stated that Kangana had sent around 1439 mails to Hrithik’s impostor. Another important point that the lawyer raised is that that if Hrithik found an impostor, pretending to be him, a criminal complaint should have been lodged and the matter should have been pursued with the police. Siddiquee also questioned Hrithik as to why he claimed that he did an obligation by not revealing the name of Kangana to cyber cell when it was someone else impersonating him and not Kangana.
What is wrong with Hrithik’s maths?
Hrithik claimed that around 50 emails were sent by Kangana to him daily. However, if this is the case, Kangana should have written around 30,000 emails. Moreover, how could he just keep receiving the email? If it was 1-sided communication, he could have blocked her or raised an objection.
About Asperger’s Syndrome
Kangana claims she never suffered from such an ailment and isn’t aware of the symptoms. In fact, Hrithik has hacked her account and has sent an email to himself stating ‘I am suffering from Asperger’s Syndrome.
Now, Kangana wouldn’t be giving any statement to the press to clear his name. She says that the actor can go ahead and do what he wants.
