Scripted jokes are common in reality as well as award shows but it would really be a matter of great surprise when someone agrees to do it at the cost of not only his own reputation but also his father’s name.
If you are a regular watcher of award shows, you must be remembering an old video hailing from Filmfare Awards 2010 wherein Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan made an attempt of insulting Neil Nitin Mukesh by asking his surname. The actor in return didn’t take it as merely a PJ and accused the two hosts of insulting not only him but also his father who might be much elder to both of them. Ignoring his presence and cracking such a cheap joke seemed unbearable on his part and he asked SRK to “shut up”!

However, it was said that the whole drama was scripted but still it’s shocking how Neil Nitin Mukesh agreed to be a part of it costing his and his father’s repute!
