It creates the same excitement in us when we hear that a movie with one of the 3 Khans is being released, isn’t it? SRK, Salman Khan & Aamir Khan are top names in this B-Town and have been famous for delivering blockbusters. The trio enjoys a super-duper fan following and their movies are crazily welcomed.
Off late, if you observe carefully, you will notice that SRK has not been at the top of this game really, since Happy New Year, which was released in the year 2014. However, talking about consistency, success wasn’t guaranteed after year 2009 (Rab Ne Banadi Jodi); Happy New Year was just a matter of luck for the actor.
If we analyze the performances of SRK, he hasn’t delivered good flicks and if we see his last 3 movies Dilwale, FAN and Raees, none of them have crossed the 150 crores mark (Raees figures yet to be out) in the domestic market in spite of being released in the holiday season; have a look at the collections of these 3 flicks.
The first week collections itself are enough to prove that the power of SRK is weakening. You might be thinking that the industry itself is witnessing this declining trend, but no, this is not so. When we compare SRK films with that of Salman Khan and Aamir Khan’s we see a completely different picture.

Opening day collections!
None of the SRK movies have crossed 25 crores on the opening day; on the other hand, when we compare it with last 3 movies of Salman and Aamir Khan, we see that all of them have crossed 25 crores; Prem Ratan Dhan Payo & Dhoom 3 have got fabulous openings with 40 crores and 36 crores respectively.
First weekend collections!
First weekend collections have been superb for all 6 movies of Aamir and Salman; majority of them have maintained stable figures i.e. above 25-30 crores on each day, but on the other hand, SRK’s movies have once again shown a declining trend and the weekend figures kept struggling between 15-20 crores.
100 crores club!
Bajrangi Bhaijaan, PRDP, Sultan, Dangal and Dhoom 3 have crossed 100 crores in the first 3 days itself; even PK is very close with 94 crores in the first 3 days. Fan, Dilwale and Raees collections are in the range of 60-75 crores. Once again SRK has lagged behind!
Lifetime collections!
If we compare the lifetime collections of all 3 movies, we can see that FAN has the lowest of all; on one hand, Salman and Aamir movies have earned 100 crores in the 1st 3 days itself, but FAN has lifetime collections of just 84 crores.
So, after analyzing everything, we realize that SRK is losing his stardom day by day; the collections of his last 3 movies have been a proof of the same. On the other hand, Aamir and Salman are enjoying success at every level, by delivering some super-hits.
