If Sooraj Pancholi can discard my daughter Jiah’s foetus in the toilet than he can also kill her, this is what Rabia Khan, mother of Jiah Khan has to say. Just a couple of days back CBI has filed a charge sheet in which they have graphically explained the whole incident in which the abortion of Jiah took place.
Rabia Khan has also claimed that the Mumbai Police messed up the whole case when she said that “Mumbai Police botched the entire case. My daughter was subjected to cruelty and this has now come up in the evidence in the CBI findings. I will be present in court tomorrow (Friday).”
She said that she won’t be able to stay alone in the house at Juhu, as she says, “I cannot stay alone at my Juhu house a day before the matter comes before the court, so I am staying at my friend’s place.”
When Rabia was asked whether she knew that CBI is going to submit a brief report, she replied in no but she accepted that she was touch with the CBI investigating officer from London, she says, “I was in touch with the investigating CBI officer from the UK, and my original plan was to come next week. However, the officer wanted me to return earlier.”
She also told that she got some calls from a person from Mumbai, while she was in UK, saying that he has video evidence of the night (June 3, 2013), her daughter was found dead. She has forwarded that number to the investigating officer but what are the developments in this regard, she doesn’t know as the officer hasn’t told her anything about this issue.
Rabiya Khan further told that the CBI officer has recovered the last message that Jiah had sent to her sister Kavita from her mobile, which read, “I am excited that you are coming, we will have fun together.” Rabia also said that Jiah had made all the arrangements for celebrating Kavita’s birthday in Mumbai which was June 24.
Rabia said, “If Jiah had planned to kill herself then why would she chalk down all her meetings and shooting plans well in advance. I will stand by what I have said. I knew my daughter very well. She had had affairs before. She had boyfriends staying with her, and, as an adult, she could make decisions for herself. But since she got into a relationship with Sooraj, she always seemed terrified and under pressure.”
