Royal Challengers Bangalore certainly made a great comeback in the ongoing IPL 2024 as they got defeated in 7 out of their first 8 matches and when their chances of entering the play-offs were bleak, they turned the tables upside down and won next six matches on the trot.
RCB is one of those few teams which haven’t won a single IPL trophy despite the fact that some very big names of the cricket world have played for this team. RCB gets trolled often because of their poor performances and in this season also, they were on the target of trollers as they lost seven consecutive matches.
Many memes and jokes were made stating that RCB plays just to participate and not to win and some even called it “Haarcb” but now after Faf du Plessis-led team made a comeback and entered the playoffs after defeating the five times champion Chennai Super Kings in the last league match, RCB fans are leaving no stone unturned in giving it back to trollers.
The Indian woman cricketer Shreyanka Patil who is a member of the RCB women team which won the WPL trophy this year has also given a kickass response to trolls as she took to X and shared the images of equations which talked about chances of RCB’s entering the playoffs.
Many people made fun of RCB when those equations were getting shared on the Internet and in her message to those trollers.
Shreyanka Patil wrote, “‘There is a 1 % chance.. and sometimes that is good enough.’ To all of you who laughed at us when these images were being circulated, it ain’t too late! Jump onto the RCB train, you’ll be in for one crazy ride!!! This Team #RCB”
