That many are against Modi government and their odd ways of bringing change and development is an open fact. Ram Jethmalani openly showed his displeasure towards the BJP leader while addressing to the media on Tuesday, and criticizing the government for not bringing back the black money, which they claimed to bring back within a short span of time after they came into power.
“The German government obtained 1,400 names of bank account holders in Switzerland, many of them were Indians, and unconditionally offered to share these with the Indian government, Modi has met the German chancellor twice, so I asked if he’s got the names. No answer.” said the eminent Indian Lawyer on the failure of Modi led government to bring back the black money.
Also, the one rank one pension (OROP) scheme for officers and men of the armed forces was supposed to come in effect from 2014 only, but Modi failed to keep up to his words. Interestingly, Jethmalani was an avid supporter of Modi during the Election period, but has turned bitter against them right after the failure of the government to perform and keep their promises.
Recently, when he came to know about the $10 billion assistance ,Modi has offered to Africa. Jethmalani sarcastically said, and brushed off the issue – saying ” ‘Baap ka paisa hai?
