Both the biggies Raees and Kaabil were all set for a clash on the 26th of January i.e. the Republic Day weekend. Already, Raees has been postponing the release date & it is impossible to further postpone it. However, we have a twist for you!
Well, Kaabil is not releasing on the 26th of January, but is releasing a day before i.e. on the 25th of January. However, it would be released at 6 PM, while the SRK starrer will hit the screens next day morning. This means there would just be a few hours difference in the release.

This is called “Masala”. Taran Adarsh, being a leading analyst claimed that Kaabil would be releasing on the 25th and Raees would be releasing on the 26th.
We have never seen a movie releasing at 6pm; usually, this slot is booked for premier shows. So in case of Kaabil, what is it? Is it a premier show or is it a shift in the release date as claimed by Taran Adarsh?
However, since there would be 2 premiere shows of Kaabil i.e. 6pm and 9pm, it will be an added advantage for Rakesh Roshan. People will spread positive word of mouth, before the release of Raees; so won’t Hrithik get a competitive edge?
