Having worked together in more than 20 movies, Paresh Rawal shared that acting with Akshay Kumar has always been an enjoyable experience, where money becomes secondary to the joy of collaboration. He also expressed frustration with those who question Akshay Kumar’s decision to work on multiple projects each year. Paresh Rawal questioned Akshay Kumar’s critics as to why they have a problem with him working in many movies as he is not selling drugs or alcohol, he is not gambling or involved in any other illegal activity. Paresh pointed out that producers willingly cast Akshay Kumar because they trust his ability to deliver and draw audiences.
He further emphasised that Akshay Kumar’s work should be seen for what it is — consistent and sincere effort. Paresh argued that instead of being judged, Akshay Kumar should be appreciated for providing entertainment and creating job opportunities through his films. In his view, there’s nothing wrong with someone who simply loves to work hard and stay productive.
