India is already busy dealing terrorism threats from Pakistan and ISI, and now the terrorist organization Islamic State is pledging to bring its war to India. They have made this declaration in their new manifesto “Black Flags from the Islamic State”, which was launched on Tuesday by them on their online jihadists platforms. The manifesto states, “The Islamic State would now expand beyond Iraq and Syria. It would now expand into… India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan (and several other countries).”
For the first time, it has also presented an analysis of the happenings in India, it says, “a movement of Hindus is growing who kill Muslims who eat beef. The people who fund these organizations want to grow a huge following of Islam-haters who can turn into potential recruits for future wars in their countries”. It makes a mistake by calling PM Modi a President when it says, “President Narender Modi (sic) is a right-wing Hindu nationalist who worships weapons and is preparing his people for a future war against Muslims. They have a political wing for the propaganda to get more recruits, and armed militia who can start a terror campaign against their number 1 enemy — the Muslims.”
It also states that in the future, Islamic battles, “will rage in every country, and this is why there is (sic) over one-and-a-half billion Muslims in the world. They will fight the New World Order in every land and every place. The peak of this war against the New World Order will be the battle against al-Dajjal (the Antichrist).”
It states this as a message to all the Muslims, “You will be sucked into the New World Order if you stay in your comfort zone and accept submission to the oppressors, or you can emigrate and fight to defend your religion and your life.”
The manifesto also tells how crisis situations can be developed, how to make bombs and how to operate security so that chances of getting caught by security services are low. Islamic State tells that its strategy is to “do hit and run tactics and then go into hiding so (the world) can waste millions or billions of Euros on 100,000-plus police, investigators, and it can shut down its major cities and lose its money”.
It tells that Belgium black out, which happened after Paris Attack, cost nearly 53 million Euros per day. It questions the need of shutdown as, “For what, To hunt 20 people who have basic AK-47 rifles which cost a few thousand dollars maximum.”
It also tells that for future attacks it “will make groups in the West attack Islam and Muslims in Europe, forcing Muslims in the West to pick up weapons and start a fight to defend themselves”.
It also tells that for making secret cells, it is necessary to hire people whose commitment is strong and they don’t use electronic devices. Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the mastermind of Paris attack didn’t used phones or email to remain in touch with other members of cell, who were part of the operation.
