The 11th season of IPL is all set to start in couple of months, but before that, we all were eager to know the auction results. Franchises left no stone unturned to grab the best players in their teams.
The auction process started today & it will continue tomorrow too. As always, even this year, some players remaining in their original teams while some others had to leave and switch teams.
Preity Zinta was too hard in auctions this time; she put in 100 percent efforts to not miss out on the strongest players. On the other hand, some teams took advantage of their RTM cards and retained their favorite players. Here’s current funds remaining and players bought by each team:-
Ben Stokes is the most expensive buy till now; he was sold to Rajasthan Royals for a whopping 12.5 crores. After him, it’s KL Rahul and Manish Pandey who were sold to KXIP and Hyderabad teams at 11 crores each.
