1.If you are made to feel guilty for every single thing

Guilt is the base of manipulation. If your guy is convincing you to be guilty for what you did, then you should surely give a second thought to be with him. They would just play sick Mind games with you!
2.He would force his insecurities

Often manipulators try forcing their insecurities on you for controlling you reactions. However, he must not define the relationship with his struggles. When you point out some mistakes, he often would manipulate you by giving some excuses.
