The famous YouTuber-choreographer Dhanashree Verma took to Instagram on Wednesday night, sharing her first post after details about her divorce from cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal made headlines. In a series of striking images, she was seen holding a flaming torch.
The first picture captured her with a somber expression, while in the second, she maintained a resolute and stern demeanor.
Accompanying the post was nothing but a burning-heart emoji, leaving room for speculation among fans. This cryptic post came just a day after reports surfaced about Yuzvendra Chahal agreeing to pay Rs 4.75 crore in alimony.

As per a report by Bar and Bench, Chahal had already paid Rs 2.37 crore, with the remaining sum flagged as pending by the family court. The latest reports stated that the divorce between Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma has been legally finalised and their marriage has dissolved.
Earlier, the Bombay High Court speeded-up the divorce proceedings, with Justice Madhav Jamdar instructing the Bandra family court to finalise the case by March 20. This decision was influenced by Chahal’s commitment to the Indian Premier League (IPL), making his availability after March 21 uncertain.
Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma, who married in 2020, have reportedly been living apart for 18 months. When asked about their decision to separate, the couple cited ‘compatibility issues’ as the primary reason.
