The popular Indian novelist Chetan Bhagat has quite good history of getting trolled on the micro-blogging site Twitter and once again, he is back to add one more instance to this record. In the past, he was trolled for his tweets on the ‘JNU’ matter and ‘what historians do’ and this time, it’s with reference to a cricket match that was played between India and Pakistan in the World T20.
On March 19, cricket teams of India and Pakistan faced each other on Eden Gardens in the World T20. As we all know, the match was won by the Indian team by 6 wickets, thanks to the unbeatable half-century by Indian batsman Virat Kohli. Pakistan has never been able to defeat India in the World Cup tournaments whether it is T20 or One Day Internationals.
After the match, this is what Chetan tweeted:
See Pakistan if your forefathers hadn't insisted on partition, you wouldn't have to see this day. Good Night Pak. Happens. Sorry. #IndvsPak.

This statement didn’t go well with Pakistanis and some Indians too and Chetan was trolled once again.
Just to let you guys know, on the same day, Indian women Cricket team lost to Pakistani women cricket team in World T20.
Here are some of the responses on Chetan’s tweet:

.@chetan_bhagat If our forefathers hadn't asked for partition we would've had to live in a country with you. Which is unacceptable. Thanks.
