Exam results always come with a huge excitement among students who prepare a lot for great outcomes. While it brings happiness and success for many, it tells others to work harder and more passionately.
Father of all technical exams IIT JEE 2017’s result was declared today and Chandigarh boy Sarvesh Mehtani has topped it with extraordinary scores. Sarvesh, who belongs to the IIT Roorkee zone, scored 339 marks out of 366 in which he got 120 marks in Maths, 104 in Physics and 115 marks in Chemistry. He was ranked 55th in the JEE Main entrance examination.
Mehtani, whose father is an Income Tax officer, told PTI that it was always his aim to break into the top 10 in the highly competitive examination.
While talking about the activities which worked as stress-busters for him, Sarvesh Mehtani said,
“I watched cartoons on TV and listened to music. Reading novels and playing badminton also helped me stay calm and focused.”
Talking about his success mantra, Sarvesh said-
“Hard work, staying organised and being focused on the goal. My message for my juniors is to stay calm, organised and work hard.”
Sarvesh Mehtani also told that he wants to study Computer Science from IIT Bombay and has worked hard keeping the same target in his mind.
Meanwhile, Akshat Chugh of Pune has ranked 2nd and Ananye Agarwal from Delhi ranked 3rd.
Now, this is some real source of inspiration. Every student who is preparing for IIT must take it in a very positive way. If you work the right way, nothing can stop you from having success. Also, those who couldn’t make it this time must stay positive and keep on fighting for their ambition.
