A blissful marriage ceremony in UP turned into a battle field when a brawl started between the families of groom and bride and the reason was very petty as well as shameful, shortage of ice cream!! Can you just believe it?
The scuffle took an ugly turn when they began to bash one another using bricks and police turned up and this whole resulted in cancelling of the marriage, which was quite natural after such a disgraceful act on the part of both the parties.
As per cops, it was on Tuesday evening that this shocking and disgusting incident happened in Mathura’s Mahesh Nagar colony. Groom side’s several people indulged in an argument with the host considering ice-cream’s shortage.
In the words of Arun Kumar Singh, SP (Rural), “It finally led to a clash between both the groups.” As a result, groom’s side called the cops and made a complaint after which 7 people of bride’s side had been taken into custody.
Bride’s family started to pelt the cops in addition to blocking road in which 2 sub-inspectors along with a constable had been injured. Arun said, “Also, police had to use force to clear blockade on Raya-Sadabad road.”
Both the sides have filed FIRs and as we told you, the marriage got cancelled.
