Students can check their results on upresults.nic.in or up.nic.in.
Even after checking results online, students should collect their original certificates from schools within 15 days of result declaration. The online result may be used to apply for admission in class 12th but the original marksheet needs to be produced at the time of admission.
Students who want to get their sheets re-evaluated need to keep an eye on the website as notifications regarding it will appear soon.
