However, for this lean look, Aamir has undergone a strict exercise and diet regime for 3 months in Arizona, USA.

As per sources, Aamir’s day began at 6 am in the morning
His morning used to begin with trekking at the hilly regions of the area, then he used to ride bicycle, play tennis, swimming and do weight exercises.
A special diet chart was made for Aamir and he stuck to it, religiously.
Considering the fact that Aamir is 51 years old, if he can still lead such a tough healthy lifestyle, he is indeed an inspiration for youngsters in terms of health and fitness.
