This is the second attack in Punjab following the first one in Gurdaspur in just months. It just happened exactly a week after PM Modi’s dramatic visit in Pakistan. It is believed that Maulana Masood Azhar who has very close links with Pakistan’s intelligence services is the mastermind of this whole. He is also the leader of terrorist association Jaish-e-Muhammad. However, this has been packed up costing 3 lives and the constant efforts of Indian Army and the Punjab Police.
