Amazon was exclusively selling the Yureka phone. Promotion was started one month before when people were asked to register to buy the phone. Sources said that Micromax Yureka received more than 4,00,000 registrations.

Today Yureka was up for sale at 2 PM but Amazon.in site crashed at 1:58 PM resulting in disappointment for buyers. Below message was getting displayed during crash:-

Yureka specification was so tempting that when site recovered from it’s crash at around 02:01 PM then Yureka was sold out. We are not sure whether it was another marketing strategy or few people actually bought this handset. There were only 10,000 Pieces up for sale, so chances are high that sale could have finished in milliseconds as number of registrations were more than 4 Lakh.
