No doubt, there has been an ongoing and increasing debate over intolerance in India wherein big celebs of Bollywood like Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan expressed their views with regard to the matter. At one fell swoop, there is no denying the fact that what they said was not entirely wrong and few remarks made by them were true to some extent, but even then they were criticized badly by the citizens of country who were so angry with the stars that they refused to use the products they endorse in addition to protesting a lot by burning their posters. Here a worth notable point is that even if they said a few wrong things, Indians proved them right by actually being intolerant on the subject.
However, when Pinkvilla asked Sunny Leone’s opinion in this connection, this is what she said, “I think the word (intolerance) is interesting to be used. As far as myself goes, I love India and it is a great place to be. Had it not been safe, I wouldn’t have been here.”
Speaking on Aamir’s statement, she said, “Sometimes Media twist the words and use it in the wrong way to get TRP. That happens with me on a daily basis (laughs). So that’s all I have to say about it.”
