Vladimir Putin, the Russian President who has been very aggressive towards ISIS and started air strikes against in Syria has a “war room” which gives a feeling of watching a war movie. This three tiered multibillion-dollar war room is the new control centre of Russian military.

Some Important characteristics of this defence centre:

• This defence centre is almost 3 times of the National Military Command Centre of USA in size, the one used by the Pentagon
• The helipad in this defence centre is so big that a Russian Mi 8 Transport helicopter can land on it and this definitely something big.
• As per a Russian Commander, its equivalent to the Soviet Union’s military headquarters during World War II.
• It has long rows of same-looking desks with computers on the three floors helping the analysts looking at the war zone.
