A tragic accident took place on Tuesday & Wednesday’s intervening night in which 13201/Rajendra Nagar Patna-Mumbai LTT Janata Express & 11071 LTT-Varanasi Kamayani Express derailed at a time when both the trains crossed a bridge on Machak river and that too, about at the same time.
This bridge was positioned between stations of Harda & Khirkiya and had been seemingly damaged on account of this major tragic accident. Trains’ few bogies fell into the river too and about 30 people were killed in the fatal happening.
Ever since, #TrainTragedy is trending on Twitter and people are expressing wrath on government for being careless and not making arrangement of proper facilities.
Below are 14 tweets in this connection that will make you ponder seriously about the condition of Railway and trains in India:

Some even expressed anger for Prime Minister Narendra Modi that he should think about safe trains first and then give a second thought to bullet trains, as Indians know the reality of the country and they are not going to be wooed or affected with such stuffs.

Bullet Trains look good to woo the NRIs but we who live here in India know our priorities. We cry for Safe Trains today. #TrainTragedy
