The video entitled “Zara Si Dhoop” features Sheeba Chaddha as Neelima who is a paraplegic mother and lives with her daughter Piyali played by Plabita Borthakur. Neelima is fully dependant on her daughter even for going to washroom and her habits like not wearing a diaper at night or not taking her medicines on time irk Piyali sometimes.
Needless to say, ambitious Piyali has limited options in terms of growth in career and she also cannot think of marriage because of her mother’s condition and in one such moment when she was engrossed in a very important project, her mother’s prank left her infuriated. In the sudden outburst of anger and frustration, her words worked as knife and left her mother’s heart wounded, resulting in rift and silence in the house.
