Bollywood actor Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja have been together for 38 years but recent remarks from Sunita have sparked speculation about her feelings of insecurity regarding the Bollywood superstar. Despite making statements that raised eyebrows, she maintains that her bond with Govinda remains pretty strong.
In a recent interview, she said, “Nobody can separate us. I have a lot of fun with him. There are people who want to break homes more than outsiders. I won’t let anyone break homes. I will win because Baba is with me.”
Sunita Ahuja also advised women to take care of their husbands, a comment that comes just days after she openly discussed the insecurities she faced as a star wife.
She said, “Take care of your men. Men are like cricket – sometimes good, sometimes bad. I have always told women to hold their men in their hands like I have. If you can’t hold them, hit them.”

Over the years, she had to develop resilience, dealing with frequent rumours linking Govinda to other women. She admitted that while he was busy with work, there was little time for such distractions, but now that he is less active professionally, she worries about the possibility of him straying. She even lightheartedly remarked that people tend to change after crossing 60.
Previously, she joked about the idea of Govinda being unfaithful, saying that earlier in their marriage, she never had such concerns, but with age, uncertainties have crept in. She teased that since he has now crossed 60, one can never be too sure about what he might be up to.
Govinda and Sunita’s love story dates back to 1987 when they tied the knot and interestingly, Sunita was just 18 years old at that time. Together, they have built a family and are parents to two children, Yashvardhan Ahuja and Tina Ahuja.
