In last few days, constantly some kinds of issues are coming to light in relation to online shopping sites like Flipkart. This no doubt affects buyers as well as the reputation of the site. Talking of the recent problem which people who ordered goods from Flipkart had to face, it so happened that rocks had been delivered by the company in place of laptops. Even more amazingly, this happened not once but two times and that too, in just a period of 24 hours!! Isn’t it disgraceful on the part of Flipkart and shocking for the one who was expecting a laptop but as the parcel opened, there came rocks?

One more customer also reported similar kind of problem, i.e., stones in place of tech, as found in the Facebook page of the company.
It had not been more than a week when Flipkart gave a terrible shock to Chiluveri Srucharan, an inhabitant of Telangana who also won in the company’s Mega Sale and was given a carton containing only mangoes, whereas his order was Asus Zenphone 5 with the value of Rs 8,099. Not only the company cheated him but also overlooked Srucharan’s refund request. At the same time, it was not ready to give him phone instead. On the contrary, Flipkart allegedly threatened Srucharan for keeping silence and not get this news leaked on social media, according to Deccan Chronicle reports.
