We are badly missing Heath Ledger on his 38th birthday. It has been almost a decade that he died, but he’s still remembered for his superb roles. The “Joker” had won our hearts with his timing and realistic acting. However, on his birthday, we would like to shed light on few facts, which you probably didn’t know.
1. The real name of Joker is Jack Napier.
2. The character of Joker has a nasty habit of talking to the dead bodies of his victims..Yes, he does talk to corpses/ This habit was portrayed in the comics and was done by Nicholson in “Batman” several times.
3. The voice of Joker in the animated series of Batman is voiced by Mark Hamill (known as Luke Skywalker from the “Star Wars” franchise).
4. Even though Joker knew that Bruce Wayne was Batman, he actually had no interest in him.
5. In “The New Adventures of Batman” ,which was debuted in 1977, Joker was voiced by the same man who had voiced for the character of Scrappy Doo in Scooby Doo, Lennie Weinrib.

6. Heath Ledger’s portrayal of the character Joker was heavily influenced by “Batman: The Killing Joke” by Alan Moore.
