There is no doubt that our parents understand us better than anyone else possibly can. And much before you get to know who your fake friends are, they know it with just one look and hey, X-Ray Inside-Out done!
But when it comes to giving freedom and liberty,I say there are still stuck in the medieval period, they feel each and everyone we meet is a predator who will kill their not-so innocent babies/babas. No, I am not even remotely trying to say that they are Wrong but we are Wrong neither. Just too much of Difference to handle which often leads to the heated arguement.
Here are such few things in which they are unreasonably not-so understanding! *Puppy Face*

1. Night Outs
For Girls, Especially if guys are also joining- Forget it.
Your puppy face, doggy face, witch face – all are not going to come to any help.
2. Travelling Alone
Do you remember – “Akeli Ladki khuli tijori ki tarah ki tarah hoti hai” or “Kahi kuch ho gaya toh, aajkal zammana sahi nahi hai”
3. Risky Career Choice – Trekker, Scuba Diver
Ye kya ? Ye bhi koi career hai? Pagal hai kya tu, Gupta ji ke bete ko dekh. MBA kar ke aaya hai US se.
4. Those Pink Purple Hair Color
For Women – It is impossible, “Log kya kahenge”
For Men – Long hair is a Taboo, forget about coloring !
5. To Become a Bartender or anything else –Weird Career Choice
Bartender-Bouncer-Does this job even pay you?
6. Late Night Parties
Boys & Girls from good families return back home as soon as their work gets over. No party sharty!
7. On-Off Relationships
If you are not happy with the person, you have to call off the relation. There is no harm in dating unless and until you find the right guy/gal with whom everything seems perfect.
8. Homosexuality
Shut up. Game Over.
9. Spending & Splurging
Pampering yourself will never be agreed upon by the parents. Because Money is earned only to be saved. Spending is a bad Habit. 🙁 But life isn’t too short to enjoy everything. And there are things which only money can buy.
But if you spend the most of your salary.
10. Skipping Social Gathering
Because that is the place where they find prospective bride/groom and get to know the market value of their son/daughter. Sigh!
