Champions Tennis League
Today marks the opening of “Champions Tennis League” in India.It will be held across six Indian cities : Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Chandigarh from 17 to 26 November.The 6 teams will be divided into two groups, each having three teams, where all teams will play each other on a home and away basis to decide the group standings.The top team of each group will play each other in the grand finale to win prize money of Rs 1 crore.The runner-up will get Rs 50 lakh.
The teams – Mumbai Tennis Masters, Pune Marathas, Hyderabad Aces, Delhi Dreams, Banglore Raptors, Punjab Marshalls.
International Premier Tennis League
More excitement is gathering around this league than the previous one.And there are certain reasons for that much enthusiasm.This league will surely be a treat for tennis lovers as well as everybody else.It will be held across four cities : Manila, Dubai, Delhi and Singapore from 28th November to 13th December.Just have a look at the teams and the players.Hold your breath please.
