With the evolution of social media, every brand focuses on providing best customer service as interaction between user and brand is no more personal. Negative interaction between brand and customer leaves a very bad taste in customer’s mind. Brands are very active on Twitter/Facebook and they try to solve customer’s query in best possible way.
We’ve seen in past as well, how brands like Netflix, Ola, Burger King, Jio made customer service experience smooth for users. Now Amazon Prime Videos has joined this league too.
It so happened when a Twitter user named Wolverine tweeted to Amazon Prime Video asking about Amazon Prime offers.

To this, Amazon Help replied that introductory offer of Rs 499 is expired and you can renew Amazon Prime subscription at Rs 999/-. This was normal reply that every customer care executive would give. But hilarious interaction between customer and Amazon started after that.
Prime membership was offered at an introductory offer of Rs 499. The Prime promotional offer has ended now. Since, the promotion has now expired the membership will cost Rs.999. You may want to stay tuned for upcoming promotions. 🙂 ^GD
