Smashing victory of India:
India has reached the finals of under-19 World Cup in which it will be battling out with Australia for the World Cup trophy. In the semi-finals, Indian players put up a great show by defeating Pakistan by 203 runs. India gave a target of 273 runs but the Pakistani players were able to score only 69 runs in the crucial match and the man of the match title was won by Shubman Gill who remained unbeaten at 102.
Shubman Gill – The next Virat Kohli:
Shubman Gill has already been touted as next Virat Kohli in the cricketing circles due to his skills, swag and attitude. Virat Kohli also got famous during his under-19 days. Shubman has already become a pretty famous name and has a good fan following on social media networks.
Similarities between Kohli and Shubman Gill:
During a match in ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup against Zimbabwe, Gill scored a six on the delivery of pacer Nkosilathi Nungu by pulling off a breathtaking short arm jab and this shot was very similar to the shot which was played by Indian skipper Virat Kohli against England just a month ago. Virat also scored a six on the bowling of Chris Woakes in an ODI in the similar manner. Even BCCI took notice of it and shared the link of the video which compared both the shots:

Both are kings of swag:
The youngster also seems to have similarity with Virat when it comes swag and to give you an idea about his swag, let us share with you an Instagram post from his account which he posted on December 9, 2015. In the post, you can see him striking a pose and the caption of the photo is, “There are 70 ways to keep a man Happy , 1 is Alcohol 🍺🍺 Rest is 69 😂😂 #travelingscenes”.
The guy is naughty too but pretty serious when it comes to cricket and we are sure that he is going to make the country proud in the future as well.
Twitter brutally trolled Pakistan for getting all out on 69 and here are few selected tweets:
