If there is one person apart from Gurmeet Ram Rahim who has made news in this latest Dera Sacha Sauda rape case controversy, it is none other than Gurmeet’s adopted daughter Honeypreet Insan.
In this journey of Gurmeet, she always remained close to him and a strong point of attraction of media. There were also several allegations on her, one of them by her own husband regarding Honey and Gurmeet’s illicit relationship.
Further, she was alleged for being one of the masterminds of Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s escape plan and inciting violence in Punjab, Haryana & Delhi. She also clashed with police when they didn’t allow her to stay with Dera Chief in the jail.
Reportedly, They wanted to stay together in the jail because Gurmeet had back problem and he thought Honey can help him soothe the pain thanks to her skill in accupressure.
Now, among all these reports, it has been learnt that Haryana Police has issued a lookout notice against Honeypreet Insan after filing a case of sedition against her. The police has also sent an alert to all the airports and possible exit points for her. Another senior person of the Dera Sacha Sauda sect, Aditya Insan has also been charged same by the police.
There are murmurs that Honeypreet and Aditya both have gone into hiding after Gurmeet Ram Rahim being jailed.
As per TOI, Aditya is the main accused in the sedition case registered for inciting Ram Rahim followers to extreme violence following the conviction verdict. As many as 38 people died and crores worth of public property was destroyed in the violence. Another man accused similarly, Surender Dhiman, has already been arrested.
It was being said that Honeypreet Insan could be the next Dera Chief but considering the latest reports, it seems things are going to be very difficult for Honeypreet in future.
