Donald Trump is one United States president who loves to stay in the news. The American president on Wednesday criticised Amazon.com and its owner for hurting U.S. localities and causing job losses.

On the other hand, Amazon.com has said that it has more than 50,000 job openings across the United States to help fulfil customer orders and earlier this month hosted multiple job fairs to fill them.
After Trump’s tweet, a decline of 0.5% in Amazon’s share price was noticed.
Noticeably, Trump had also criticized the relationship between Bezos, Amazon and The Washington Post while on the campaign trail.
“I have respect for Jeff Bezos, but he bought The Washington Post to have political influence, and I gotta tell you, we have a different country than we used to have.”
He added-
“He wants political influence so that Amazon will benefit from it. That’s not right. And believe me, if I become president, oh, do they have problems. They’re going to have such problems.”
