“MS Dhoni: The Untold Story” is all set to hit the theaters on 30th of September. Curious fans of Captain Cool will surely flock the theater to know more about his secret life. Few days back there were reports that Dhoni’s biopic and Sunny Leone starrer ‘Beiimaan Love’ are going to clash at the box office, but recent reports have something different to say.
Yes, the latest update is that the biopic would have a solo release and wouldn’t clash with ‘Beiimaan Love’. Reports also say that the release of this Sunny Leone starrer has shifted to 14th of October.
Why is ‘Beiimaan Love’ postponed?
The other day we reported about Dhoni enjoying a wide release i.e. 4,500 screens in India, which leaves no space in theaters for other movies. If ‘Beiimaan Love’ would have released, it would have got a very less screen count i.e. just 2 shows per screen. Moreover, we also know that her earlier films Kuch Kuch Locha Hai, Ek Paheli Leela, One Night Stand and Mastizaade were super flops.
If the clash would have happened, there was no chance for “Beiimaan Love” to be successful. Everyone will obviously prefer Dhoni’s biopic over her movie.
With this shift in the release date, makers have got some more time to market the movie well, and this will surely add to the benefit, isn’t it? 14th of October is a double Dhamaka as 2 movies of Sunny Leone are clashing; one is ‘Beiimaan Love’ and other one is Sharman Joshi starrer ‘Fuddu’.
So what do you have to say about this guys? Would ‘Beiimaan Love’ be successful, since there is no clash? Would this decision prove to be favorable for makers? Do let us know your thoughts on this in our comments section below.
