In another, rather a regular news, a horrific incident has come to limelight. But we are sure, no decision will be ruled out, and in few days, one more such news will come into the fore. In India, the number of rape cases have increased or the media mentions it more often, is a debate.
A 9-year-old school girl, who goes to a continue her academia might be ignorant about the cruel world out there, and surprisingly the world is also treating her like a piece of flesh and nothing more than a person with a female part. In Mumbai, this incident has triggered our notions that nothing more can go wrong, while everything is barbarically wrong in this country.
A 9-year-old girl from Bhayander was allegedly raped by three school teachers in the classroom. Furthermore, they have been sexually harassing her since 2014 and also, the little girl was beaten to keep her mouth shut. According to the girl, the teachers took turns to sexually abuse her several times in empty classrooms.
But last month, after continuous torture she finally opened up in front of her parents. And, immediately after the complaint the accused trio — Sanjay Patil (47), Nilesh Bhoir (47), and Jitendra Jadhav (23) — was arrested by PSI S B Kadam on Tuesday.
The trio have been charged under sections 376, 323, 504, and 506 rw 34 of the IPC and also sections 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act 2012, police added.
