“Dangal”, the Aamir Khan starrer has shown a fantastic start on the 3rd day. 100 percent occupancy rate was recorded in multiplexes and single screens all across India. The 3rd day collections of Dangal have created a new history in the B-Town.
On the 1st day, the movie had collected a whopping 29.78 crores, thereby becoming the 2nd highest opener of 2016, after Sultan. Moreover, this is Aamir Khan’s 2nd highest opener, after Dhoom 3.
Coming to the 2nd day, the movie showed a good growth and collected 34.82 crores, thereby bringing the total to 64.60 crores. Let’s see how much the movie has collected on the 3rd day i.e. Sunday.

Fantastic, the movie has finally entered the 100 crores club. On the 3rd day, the collections of the “Dangal” have been super-amazing. It collected 42.35 crores, bringing the total to 106.95 crores. Wow, a new record for Aamir Khan.
With these collections, the movie has surpassed FAN’s lifetime collections of 85 crores, isn’t it awesome?
Christmas releases prove to be lucky For Dangal; all his other movies have entered 100 crores club except Talaash. In 2008 it was Ghajini, in 2009, it was 3 Idiots, in 2013, it was Dhoom 3, in 2014, it was PK and now, in 2016, it is Dangal!
It seems, Dangal has very well taken over demonetization and has no effect whatsoever; the collections have been fantabulous!
Day 1- 29.78 crores!
Day 2- 34.82 crores!
Day 3- 42.35 crores!
Total- 106.95 crores!
