After the success of “Bahubali: The Beginning”, we all had great expectations from its sequel , “Bahubali: The Conclusion”; finally, that excitement was halted on 28th of April, as it hit the big screens.
Lead characters were at their best; apart from Prabhas, it was Sathyaraj who got a lot of applauds for his role of Katappa. After the toughest question “Why Katappa killed Bahubali” was answered, people started loving him all the more.

1) Sathyaraj is a trained sword fighter; he has been doing it since 30 years now and this is why he found it easy to act realistically in Bahubali.
2) You all know him by the name “Sathyaraj”, but do you know that his real name is “Rangaraj Subbaiah”?
3) He made his debut in 1978 and mainly, he preferred doing only villainous roles.
4) Getting the role of a hero wasn’t easy for him; for 7 years, he played side roles and finally, he was offered a main role in a movie.
5) He was also offered a role in Thalaivar’s movie “Sivaji” but he flatly refused it; Sathyaraj chooses his role based on the character and not on basis of how big the film is.
6) He has worked in Bollywood too. Have you watched Chennai Express? He essayed the character of Deepika’s dad Durgeshwara Azhagusundaram.
